S.OLIVER GROUP is expanding its House of Brands to include BALDESSARINI

The S.OLIVER GROUP has acquired the trademark rights to BALDESSARINI and is consistently driving forward the strategic expansion of its House of Brands.

With the integration of this renowned menswear brand, the brand portfolio continues to grow in a targeted manner and gains a clear, high-end position in the contemporary tailoring segment.

BALDESSARINI will be structured similarly to lala BERLIN as an independent brand within the House of Brands and will also encompass the s.Oliver Black Label Men collection in the future. In doing so, the S.OLIVER GROUP is creating a clear brand architecture and sharpening the positioning of the s.Oliver umbrella brand as a 100% casual lifestyle brand.

"s.Oliver is acquiring the brand rights from New Baldessarini GmbH, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the RB Group. “When we look at our brand portfolio strategically, we come to the conclusion that BALDESSARINI is a great brand, but does not play a decisive role in our future strategic direction. We are all the more pleased to place the brand under the umbrella of a strong corporate group where BALDESSARINI can make an important contribution and be further developed in a targeted manner,” said Raphael Heinold, CEO of R. The relaunch of BALDESSARINI under the umbrella of the S.OLIVER GROUP is already planned for early 2027.
